Healthstart Awards 2019 - BlaDimiR

From the i+12 Institute we would like to congratulate our researchers Marta Dueñas and Cristian Suarez, from the Genitourinary and Cellular and Molecular Oncology group, who have been classified in third position with their project "BlaDimiR: method and device for non-invasive and high-precision bladder cancer diagnosis", in the Healthstart 2019 Program, promoted by Madri+d.

The Geniturinary and Cellular and Molecular Oncology group is comprised of researchers from the 12 de Octubre Hospital (urology, oncology, and genetics), researchers from CIEMAT, and research staff from FIB HU12O. This group was formed thanks to the CIEMAT-imas12 collaboration initiated in 2013 with the creation of a Joint Research Unit, which led to CIEMAT's incorporation into the i+12 Institute in 2015 as a full member.
